- Featured Discussion: Governance Charter
- Marc has drafted a governance charter. This should help us with recruitment by clarifying roles and responsibilities within the i5k organization. Please review this document prior to the meeting, where we discuss the charter and incorporate any improvements you may have.
- Note that we will need to have a vote to approve the governance.
- Please add your comments - the exec committee will continue working on this and finalizing it.
