- GIGA example: retroactively added several projects to GIGA umbrella
- Declaration of intent via google sheets (see template: DToL-Mythical_species_goat)
- We can create custom google sheet templates in collaboration with Cibele Sotero-Caio that can accommodate our distributed use cases (e.g. both large and small insect genomics projects)
- ERGA has a model with multiple sub-groups - they have spreadsheets and bioprojects to accommodate each subgroup
- Suggestion: create a subgroup to work with Cibele on generating an i5k spreadsheet; test this with a few users; and then advertise this heavily to the community
- Information collection on completed projects via BioProject (i5k umbrella BioProject)
